Vote 2002 Tracy Davidson (R) has worked as a loan officer, Internet entrepreneur and account manager for IBM, which he believes qualifies him to serve as Boulder County Treasurer. A father of three, he plans to maintain an investment policy that is more conservative than is allowed in the Colorado State Constitution. He believes integrity and personal responsibility are what's needed for individuals, and the nation as a whole, to excel.
Audrey Bray (L), a certified veterinary technician, wants people to know that their tax money belongs to them and that forcible taxation is theft. She vows, therefore, to be the most money-conscious watchdog that this county has ever known. She says no wasteful spending will get past her without her blowing the whistle. She believes government is not above the law, and it must be held accountable. She also wants to make certain Boulder County makes available an easy-to-understand account of its spending.
